ECNA is a non-political, non-party and non-profit Association.
The First Assembly of the Association was on the 14th March 2008 in Assisi (Italy) and it began by electing Dr. Prof. M. Timio (Italy) as its first President of the newly founded European CardioNephrology Association and Dr. F. Carluccio (Italy) as its first Secretary-Treasurer.
